Kaitlyn has been involved in the Crossfit community since March of 2013; beginning in New Jersey and joining the Crossfit Cedar Park/2222 family in June of 2015. Kaitlyn was a high school athlete, playing volleyball and lacrosse, and grew up in an active family. Her spark was reignited when she began Crossfit and discovered the benefits of strength training; both for her physical self along with her confidence. As she grew with the sport, she has been involved in local Crossfit competition and recently has been competing in races and sprint triathlons.
With a BA in Psychology & BA in Sociology from Fairfield University, Kaitlyn has been specifically engaged in the way fitness affects not just our bodies, but also our minds a
nd our lives. She has always had a passion for helping others become their best selves and brought this into the fitness world with the start of her blog “Fitness For Real People”. Here Kaitlyn began spreading her growing knowledge and love for fitness and health as an effort to help others also learn the value in a healthy lifestyle.
Kaitlyn is thrilled to now be able to expand that reach and use coaching as a direct method of helping people get fit and change their lives, both mentally and physically.
